About This Event

Once upon a time, there was a princess called Amba who loved a prince called Shalva. Welcome to the Mahabharata. Here, the princess is abducted from her own wedding and then discarded thrice over by her lover and abductor alike. What lengths would she go to to reclaim her life and her agency? Join us for an incredible dialogue as the princess Amba becomes the warrior Shikhandi and attempts the impossible: supported by Arjuna, Krishna and an unlikely celestial ally, and aided by Bhishma’s own hubris.
